Doppler Sports

Terms of Use

Effective October 20, 2026

These Terms of Use are a contract between you and Doppler Sports LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (“Doppler Sports,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They cover the Doppler Sports app and the pages at dopplersports.app, including the landing page, a shared-game page, this page, and the Privacy Policy (together, the “Service”).

If you do not agree, do not use the Service, and email privacy@dopplersports.app if you want an account deleted.

1. Agreement

By downloading, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization, and “you” includes it.

Store terms also apply. If you downloaded the app from Apple, the Apple App Store section applies. If you downloaded it from Google, the Google Play section applies. If a store term and these Terms both speak to the same point and cannot both be true, the store term controls that point for that store’s copy of the app. The rest of these Terms still apply.

We may translate these Terms. The English text controls if a translation differs.

2. The Service

Doppler Sports is an information product for college basketball and college football. It shows scores, schedules, teams, games, players, statistics, rankings, recruiting information, and related material. It can show betting lines, win probabilities, and a Model Lab where you save your own fits.

The Service is not an official source of results. It is not a sportsbook. Features can change, and a data source can be late or incomplete, especially during a live game. We may add, change, or remove a feature. We do not promise that a particular stat, line, or model will remain available.

3. No affiliation with the NCAA, schools, or teams

Doppler Sports is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by any of the following:

Names, nicknames, logos, helmets, uniforms, colors, and other marks of those organizations belong to their owners. We use a name or a mark so you can identify a team, a game, or a player. A logo, a school color, or a seed on a scoreboard does not mean that school or the NCAA sponsors Doppler Sports or has reviewed it.

You may not use the Service, a screenshot, or a share link in a way that states or implies that Doppler Sports is an official product of the NCAA, a conference, a school, a team, a network, or a sportsbook. You may not use those owners’ marks, taken from the Service, as if a license to you came with the app.

4. Not a gambling service

Doppler Sports does not accept, place, broker, hold, or settle a wager. It does not sell a pick. It does not open a sportsbook account, move stake, or pay winnings. It is not a casino, a fantasy-sports operator, or a gambling licensee. No purchase in the Service is required to see a score, and a purchase is not a bet.

Spreads, moneylines, totals, against-the-spread results, ratings, win probabilities, and Model Lab output are information or, in the case of Model Lab, a tool for entertainment. They are not a solicitation, a tip, a prediction you should rely on, or advice to bet, hedge, or gamble. They can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. They are not an official line. Past results do not predict a future game.

The Model Lab screen states that its results are for entertainment only and are not a suggestion to bet, wager, or gamble. That statement is part of these Terms. Do not use a lean, a score, a probability, or any other result on that screen to decide whether or how to risk money.

You are responsible for the gambling laws where you are. If you place a wager, you place it with a separate operator, at your own risk, and only if that wager is legal for you. In much of the United States the legal age is 21. In some places it is 18. In some places sports betting is illegal. Seeing a line in Doppler Sports is not permission to bet, and it is not a statement that betting is legal where you are.

If you are a student-athlete, a coach, or an athletics staff member, you are responsible for your school, conference, and NCAA rules. Do not use the Service to seek or share non-public information about a competition for the purpose of a wager. Do not use the Service to fix, manipulate, or improperly influence a game.

We are not liable for a gambling loss, a missed line, an account limit at a sportsbook, or a decision you make with information from the Service. The limit in Limit of liability applies on top of this section.

If gambling is hurting you or someone you know, call or text 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537), or visit ncpgambling.org. Outside the United States, use the help line where you live. That help line is independent of Doppler Sports.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms and is responsible for your use. The age to use the app and the age to gamble are different. Section 4 controls gambling.

You represent that the information your sign-in provider gives us is yours to use, that you are not barred from the Service under the laws that apply to you, and that you will not use the Service for fraud or for an illegal wager.

6. Accounts

You sign in with Apple, with Google, or with both linked to one Doppler Sports account. There is no separate Doppler Sports password. You are responsible for the Apple ID or Google account you use, and for activity on the Doppler Sports account that follows from that sign-in.

Apple’s Hide My Email is a valid email for the account. We may refuse a sign-in that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, automated, or in breach of these Terms.

The account is personal. Do not sell it, rent it, or share it in a way that lets someone else pretend to be you. An invite link shows a code. It does not create an account, transfer an account, or pay a reward. We do not run a referral program.

You may sign out in the app. To delete the account, email privacy@dopplersports.app from the email on the account and ask for deletion. The Privacy Policy explains what we delete and what we may keep. Signing out, or deleting the app, does not delete the account. Canceling a future paid plan is done in the store, not by deleting the account.

7. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, and to use the website, for your own non-commercial use, under these Terms and under the store’s usage rules.

You may share a game link or an invite link that the app or the site gives you. You may not copy the Service in bulk, resell its data, present it as an official feed, or build a competing database from it. You may not frame the Service or mirror it. All rights we do not grant stay with us or with the owner of the material.

The Doppler Sports name, the app, the site design, and our original text and compilation are ours. Third-party marks stay with their owners, as section 3 says. Do not remove a copyright or trademark notice. Do not use the Doppler Sports name in a way that implies we endorse you or that a school endorses us.

8. Your settings and models

Favorites, pins, settings, and models you save are yours. You give us a non-exclusive license to host, store, and display them only to provide the Service to you. Saved models are not shown to other fans. Sharing a model with another person is not a feature of the Service.

You are responsible for the fits you enter. A model is not advice from us. If you send us a suggestion, you give us a right to use the idea in the Service without payment or credit. We have no duty to keep a suggestion confidential.

9. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

We may investigate a breach and suspend or end access. We may preserve information and disclose it when the Privacy Policy allows.

10. Scores, stats, and lines

Sports data comes from independent providers and from public information. It can be delayed, corrected, incomplete, or wrong. A live score can change after a review. A ranking, a record, a roster, a recruiting note, a line, and a probability can be out of date. Official results are the results published by the competition’s organizer. Official lines, if you bet, are the lines of the operator you bet with.

Do not rely on the Service as the sole basis for a wager, a disciplinary decision, an employment decision, a recruiting decision, or any other decision where being wrong has a serious consequence. The Service is a fan product.

11. Other services

Pulse can show a public post from X and open it there. A Watch control can open a YouTube address, including a YouTube TV link when we have one. Whether that video plays depends on your own subscription and on Google’s and YouTube’s terms. Doppler Sports is not X, YouTube, or YouTube TV, and it is not the broadcaster of the game.

A link to a store, a network, or a help line does not make that organization our partner. Your use of the other service is between you and that service.

All-American is one year of Doppler Sports for basketball and football. The regular price is $50 for the year. Through December 31, 2026, a new subscriber pays $25 for the first year, paid upfront, which is about $2.09 per month. That is 50% off the first year. The subscription then renews at $50 a year. A year that has already been paid keeps that price until it ends. The app and the store show the price again before you confirm. Cancel at least 24 hours before the year ends, in the store’s account settings. A later change to the regular price follows the store’s rules. An account that has not bought All-American can still use the app on the free plan.

Apple or Google bills the plan. Their terms control the charge, the renewal, the cancellation, the restore, and the refund. We do not receive your full card number. Cancel at least 24 hours before the year ends. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app, or signing out, does not cancel a subscription.

Except where the store or a law that cannot be waived requires a refund, payments are charged by the store and refund requests go to the store. If a paid feature fails to arrive because of our outage, your remedy is the store’s refund process and the limit in section 18.

A free account may see our own card describing a paid plan. That card is not a third-party advertisement. Third-party ads are described in the Privacy Policy and are not shown to fans today.

13. Apple App Store

If you got the app from Apple’s App Store, you and we acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Doppler Sports LLC only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

The license is a non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms allow. You may not distribute or make the app available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time, except as those Usage Rules allow.

We are responsible for maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support.

If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price for the app, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app. Any other claim, loss, liability, damage, or cost from a failure to conform to a warranty is our responsibility, subject to these Terms.

We, and not Apple, are responsible for addressing a claim by you or a third party relating to the app or your possession and use of it, including a product-liability claim, a claim that the app fails to conform to a legal requirement, and a claim under consumer protection, privacy, or similar law.

If a third party claims that the app, or your possession and use of it, infringes that party’s intellectual property, we, and not Apple, are responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim, subject to these Terms.

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on a U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

You must comply with third-party terms when you use the app, including your wireless-data agreement. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this section, and, once you accept these Terms, Apple may enforce this section against you.

14. Google Play

If you got the app from Google Play, Google is not a party to these Terms, except for the Google Play terms that apply to the download and to any purchase. Google is not responsible for the app or its content. Support is available from us at the contact below, not from Google, except for the support Google chooses to offer under Google Play’s own terms.

15. Privacy

The Privacy Policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and how to ask for access or deletion. It is part of the agreement between you and us. A conflict between the Privacy Policy and these Terms about personal information is resolved in favor of the Privacy Policy. A conflict about any other subject is resolved in favor of these Terms.

16. Intellectual property and copyright notices

If you believe material on the Service infringes a copyright you own, email privacy@dopplersports.app with:

If you are a user and you believe we removed or disabled material by mistake, you may send a counter-notice that identifies the material, states under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, gives your name, address, and telephone number, and consents to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district where your address is, or, if you are outside the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found. We may restore the material if the copyright claimant does not file a court action within the time the statute allows.

We may remove material that we believe infringes, and we may close an account that repeats infringement. This section is the notice procedure. It is not a statement that a copyright agent has been registered with the U.S. Copyright Office.

17. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that scores, statistics, rankings, rosters, lines, probabilities, or model output will be accurate, complete, timely, or official. No advice or information, whether oral or written, creates a warranty that this section excludes.

Some places do not allow an exclusion of implied warranties, or allow it only for a limited time. In those places this section applies only as far as the law allows. You may have rights that cannot be waived.

18. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Doppler Sports LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or wagering stake, whether or not we knew the loss was possible, and whether the claim is in contract, tort, or anything else. Our total liability for a claim arising out of the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or fifty U.S. dollars (US $50). This limit applies to gambling losses and to decisions made with lines, probabilities, or Model Lab output.

The limit does not apply to liability that cannot be limited, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law does not allow a limit. Some places do not allow certain limits. In those places this section applies only as far as the law allows.

You and we agree that the disclaimers and limits in these Terms are a reasonable allocation of risk for a fan information product that does not take wagers. The Service would not be offered on these terms without them.

19. Your responsibility for misuse

You will defend and indemnify Doppler Sports LLC and its members, managers, and agents against a third-party claim, and the resulting damages, losses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees, to the extent the claim arises out of your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Service, a wager you place or arrange, non-public information you seek or share for a wager, or your implication that the NCAA, a school, a conference, a team, a network, or a sportsbook endorses you or endorses Doppler Sports.

We will give you notice of the claim when it is practical. You may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault by us or imposes an obligation on us unless we agree in writing. This section does not require you to indemnify us for our own breach or for our own negligence, and it applies only as far as the law allows.

20. Suspension and ending

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close an account, or block a use of the Service, if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, the law requires it, or the use puts the Service or another person at risk. Where it is reasonable and the law allows, we will tell you the reason.

When access ends, the license ends. Sections that by their nature should continue remain in force, including sections 3, 4, 7, 8, 10, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, and 23, and the parts of the Privacy Policy that describe retention after deletion.

21. Changes

We may change these Terms. We will post the new terms on this page and change the effective date. If a change is material, we will also give a notice in the app before the change applies, when that is practical. If you keep using the Service after the effective date, you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service and ask us to delete the account.

A change to a paid plan’s price or length follows the store’s rules.

22. Disputes

Email privacy@dopplersports.app and describe the dispute before you file a claim. You and we will try to resolve it for 30 days from the day we receive the email. Either of us may still seek an injunction for misuse of intellectual property or for unauthorized access during that time. A notice in that email starts the 30 days. It does not waive a later defense.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to a right that cannot be waived, the state and federal courts located in Sangamon County, Illinois are the exclusive venue, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court in a place that court allows.

These Terms do not require arbitration. Where the law allows, each of us may bring a claim only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in a class, collective, or representative action. If a court refuses to enforce that limit, the rest of these Terms stay in force, and the class claim proceeds in court. You and we do not waive a jury where the law does not allow the waiver. This section does not contain a jury waiver.

If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another place that gives you a non-waivable right to bring a claim in your home courts, or to the protection of mandatory consumer law, those rights remain. Nothing in these Terms takes them away.

23. Other terms

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. They replace earlier agreements about the same subject. A store’s standard license applies as well, as sections 13 and 14 say.

If a court holds a provision unenforceable, the rest remains. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, a sale of the Service, or a reorganization. These Terms bind permitted successors.

A heading is for convenience. It does not change the meaning of a section. These Terms do not create a partnership, a joint venture, or an agency. There are no third-party beneficiaries except Apple, for the Apple section, and a person who is entitled to indemnity under section 19.

We are not liable for a delay or a failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control, including a network outage, a store outage, a data-provider outage, or a change in a platform rule. Our duties resume when it is reasonable to resume them.
